Meghan Trainor Flaunts Her Body in Bedazzled Bra After Opening Up About Taking Weight-Loss Drugs

The singer has been taking Mounjaro since welcoming her second son and got a breast augmentation earlier this year

Meghan Trainor took the stage in a stunning, sparkly look shortly after opening up about her ongoing health journey and experience with weight-loss drugs.

On May 10, the “Mother” singer, 31, performed at iHeartRadio’s 102.7 KIIS FM Wango Tango in Huntington Beach, Calif., and did so in a glittering fuchsia set.

The show-stopping set featured a pair of high-waisted bottoms and bra top, both bedazzled with crystals of all colors, shapes and sizes, and dripping with even more sparkling chains and gem-like details. The ensemble, which marks the start of Trainor’s partnership with stylist Danyul Brown, also included a chunky, complementary necklace featuring pink, gold and crystals.

The musician topped off the look with a pair of ultra-shiny tights and pink metallic pumps and wore her blonde hair down in a bouncy blowout. For glam, she kept things neutral with a warm-toned eye look and peachy nude lip.

Brown also teased more intricate ‘fits to come on Instagram, sharing photos of Trainor’s pink stage look and writing, “My newest muse the sensational @meghantrainor. You guys aren’t even ready for what we have planned!!!!!!!”

The singer herself, meanwhile, shared photos of the performance look on Instagram on May 12 and wrote, “Pretty little baby💖 #wangotango2025.”

Prior to her appearance at Huntington City Beach for the iHeartRadio event — where she also hit the red carpet in a ruffly, baby pink minidress with a bow top and midriff-revealing cutouts — Trainor made headlines for her decision to take weight-loss drugs.

The “Made You Look” singer revealed that she uses Mounjaro in a March Instagram post addressing criticism and concerns about her weight loss that arose after she was honored at Billboard’s 2025 Women in Music Awards. (Mounjaro is the brand name for tirzepatide, a drug used to treat Type 2 diabetes that the FDA approved for weight loss in 2023.)

Though musician wrote that despite feeling “honored” to be recognized as a Hitmaker at the event, she said it was also “a little disheartening that so many of the questions (and comments) were focused on my body instead of my music, my passion, or the decade of hard work that got me here.”

The artist — who shares sons Riley, 4, and Barry, 1½, with husband Daryl Sabara — said she has “been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,” which has included making lifestyle changes and working with both a dietician and trainer.

The “Whoops” singer said she began taking Mounjaro after welcoming Barry, writing, “Yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy. And I’m so glad I did because I feel great.”

Sabara, 32, is also taking Mounjaro, the couple later revealed on their Workin’ On It podcast in April, with Trainor stating, “Daryl and I both do everything together.”

Late last year, the mom of two also revealed plans to get a “boob job” on the couple’s podcast, and later elaborated on the decision, explaining that with motherhood, her breasts “got big, they got small, they got big, they got small.”

“i’ve lost some weight, and I have … just like saggy sacks as boobs,” she added at the time.
